1. Return Window

  • You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item Sent: We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Other Reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, dislike of product): The customer will bear the return shipping cost.


4. How to Initiate a Return – Step by Step

  • Our support team will review your request.

  • If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
    ⚠️ Do not ship any product without an RA number – it will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will check if it meets eligibility conditions.

  • Notification: We’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Rejection: If rejected, we’ll explain the reason and share possible next steps (e.g., reshipment at customer’s cost).
