1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track it directly through our [Order Tracking Page] (if available).
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may get faster delivery.
5. Do you offer free shipping?

6. What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer 7-day easy return & replacement in case of any defect, damage, or incorrect product. Just contact our support team to initiate the process.
7. Are your sunglasses & eyeglasses UV-protected?
Yes! All our sunglasses come with 100% UV protection to shield your eyes from harmful rays.
8. Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently, we do not provide prescription lenses. However, you can buy frames/sunglasses from us and get prescription lenses fitted at your local optical store.
